Research Interests
Ecology and population dynamics of exploited fishes, with particular emphasis on North American sturgeon species. Other areas of interest include aquaculture, fish nutrition, and fish disease. The primary focus of my research program is on understanding how the life history and population dynamics of exploited fishes are affected by human influences such as harvest and habitat alteration.
