  • Assist tree improvement in data collection and progeny site maintenance.
  • Help as needed with nursery production. This could be learning routine cultural tasks to general nursery greenhouse hygiene.
  • Connect with our operational employees to see how new technology and equipment processes have helped reduce the impact of harvesting on the forest.

If any of this is new to you, that’s ok, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to safely do your work.

Who you will work with:

You will be working most days with our forestry team, but you will meet some of our other professionals such as biologists, scientists, operators and much more– during the time you are with us you will be working around many of these professionals learning how an industrial forest is managed.

Work schedule:

We start the workday early in our industry. Be prepared to start at 6:30 AM and work anywhere from 8-10 hours. The schedule may fluctuate and is determined by the employees you work with. This is a summer job so when the hours are long, we take advantage of the sunlight.
