Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills

Job Description: Primary responsibilities are to lead and assist with outdoor programs and activities for day and residential camps that focus on wildlife conservation, outdoor sports, and Georgia  natural history. Camps will cover a variety of topics including survival skills, animal and plant identification, outdoor recreation, and more! There will also be opportunities for professional development and resume building related to conservation education.

Qualifications: Applicants must be self-motivated, conservation minded, interested in working with children, love the outdoors, and enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with others. Preference will be given to those candidates who are currently working toward or have earned a wildlife or education-related degree.

Salary: $12.00 per hour at 40 hours/week and on-site housing is included. Meals will also be covered during residential camps.
