Strong organizational and other soft-skills, working knowledge of office practices and procedures. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion with confidential information. Works with limited supervision. Qualifications: Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate.
