Conducts analysis of grants and acquisition funding and obligation data. Coordinates regional programs and operations in support of competitive and non- competitive grant programs and cooperative agreements. Under CAPS, positions are classified by career, pay plan, and pay band. The ZA-2 is equivalent to the (GS-7/9). The ZA-2 is a Low Risk Sensitive position.
