Employer UGA Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills A full-time administrative assistant is sought for the Harley Langdale, Jr. Center forForest Business within the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources.Responsibilities consist primarily of customer response, external event support,account reconciliation and record management, deposit processing, mailingoperation management, and website/e-media updates.The position serves as a central point of coordination for administrative operationssupporting both the Center for Forest Business (CFB) and the Georgia MasterTimber Harvester (MTH) Program. Responsibilities include processing registrationsand applications, reconciling payments and deposits, managing mailing operations,maintaining website and e-media content, and supporting training programs andevents. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communicationsor related fieldExperience supporting programs in a university, nonprofit, or governmentsettingExperience with financial processing systemsExperience managing databases, records systems, or certification/complianceprograms.
