The client is a Timberland Real Estate Investment Trust for whom JLL manages a rural land sales program. Responsibilities may include: Direct client interface Managing a network of third-party brokers Coordinating property information Reviewing valuations Creating marketing material Managing website Analyzing data Producing monthly and ad-hoc reporting Facilitating negotiation discussions Tracking properties through the sales process Producing/reviewing sales contracts. Qualifications: Business degree from a four-year accredited university and a committed interest in real estate. Strong financial/analytical skills Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Self-starter and team player Strong organizational skills Intellectual curiosity Interest and experience in rural markets or the timber industry The hired individual will work in JLL’s Atlanta office on a regular business schedule. Occasional extended business hours may be required. Periodic travel, including overnight air travel, will be required.
