Employer RMS (Resource Management Service, LLC) Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills RMS is seeking a professional that is passionate about sustainable, long-term forest stewardship and the responsibility that comes with being an investment fiduciary. This role sits on RMS’ Business Development team, which leads capital formation efforts by aligning investor objectives with differentiated timberland investment strategies. The Analyst will play a key role in expanding RMS’ visibility across the investment community. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Support the fundraising efforts by developing, updating, and maintaining core due diligence and marketing materials.Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of RMS’ assets under management, products, and investment strategies to effectively respond to prospective client, consultant, and investor requests.Maintain and update RMS’ comprehensive due diligence content libraryContribute to prospective client requests, coordinating inputs across internal teams as needed.Maintain accurate fundraising activity and pipeline records in the customer relationship database; create and distribute regular fundraising reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. Contribute to the development of thought leadership and market-facing content (e.g., insights, white papers and case studies).Conduct and synthesize industry research and competitive intelligence; communicate key findings to inform positioning and business development strategy. RequirementsCandidates must be highly organized, be able to manage multiple, diverse tasks concurrently, and enjoy the process of writing and the development of quality work products.
