Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of a Biology Intern in Right of Way Management are:

  • Work with the wetland spray crew spraying brush from an amphibious ATV in swamplands.

  • Assist with the mixing and application of herbicides to mostly wetland areas.

  • Operate and perform maintenance to spray equipment.

  • Assist with identifying plants/trees.

  • Evaluate and summarize control of targeted brush in sites treated the previous year.

  • Operate light trucks in servicing mowing equipment.

  • Operate tractors equipped with brush mowers.
