Job Description:

Washington Farms is a prominent agritourism farm in the state of Georgia, and we are currently seeking individuals to join our team! Our spring strawberry season starts in early April and runs through the end of May. During our spring season we offer pick-your-own strawberries, a full concession stand, and many recreational activities such as ziplines, petting zoo, low ropes course, hayrides and more!

 

As a cashier, you will be required to operate a register using Square POS for iPad while providing exceptional customer service to our guests! iPads are used in our strawberry selling shed, food service buildings, and admissions building. You will be responsible for collecting payments by accepting cash or credit cards, as well as checking customers in through our online ticketing system.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are preferred.

 

Must be willing and able to work outdoors

Must be able to follow instructions with minimal to no supervision.

Must be able to problem solve and think on your feet in a high sales volume environment

Must be available to work weekday mornings and/or most Saturdays

Must be very friendly, approachable, and respectful

Must have general knowledge of Washington Farms and all that we offer

Must have the ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Salary:
$10-$13/hr
