SUMMARY

The role of the Corporate Partnerships Success Coordinator is to assist the PF & QF corporate sales team with the creation of sales proposals, proof of performance documents, and the implementation of digital advertising campaigns to improve the organization’s customer service and retention of sponsors and advertisers. This person will assist the entire sales team to ensure all deliverables are tracked, delivered and reported. Consequently, this person should be an effective business writer who is proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and adept at gathering, as well as interpreting, digital marketing analytics. If you have experience with marketing campaigns and understand what excellent customer service is, this role is for you.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track all deliverables sold, inventory available, and subsequent execution of all organization’s obligations to corporate partners.
  • Work closely with the organization’s marketing manager to ensure the corporate sales obligations are synched with the marketing and content team’s deliverable calendar. 
  • Work with sales representatives and the organization’s corporate partners to ensure all sponsor materials meet the necessary sizes & standards and are delivered by deadline for the PF & QF team to execute. 
  • In collaboration with the organization’s design team, build fresh templates for corporate partnership proposals, renewals, and proof of performance documents that match organization’s brand standards and deliver professionalism and clear results. 
  • Lead the collection, implementation, and reporting on all paid digital sponsor advertising impressions via the PF & QF websites or third-party ad manager.
  • Access, interpret, and deliver digital analytics for partners, including email, film/video, web traffic/page views, digital ad impressions, and social media. 
  • Assist sales representatives with maintaining our CRM client database with account information
  • Represent the organization at in-person events, including National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic, Shotgun Showcase, Clays for Conservation, Game Fair, etc.
Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • B.S./B.A. in communications, marketing, public relations, business, sales, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Excel in particular). 
  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) preferred
  • Experience with digital ad management platforms preferred
  • Knowledgeable about digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Clarity analytics is considered a bonus. 
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns
  • Organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and hit deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as serve as a dynamic team member. 
  • Industry knowledge and experience in hunting and habitat is preferred. 


 

Salary:
The range from this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending upon experience.
