Employer Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills Job Description:Pheasants Forever is seeking a CRM Manager to own/evolve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This important role in the IT team will be led by a hands‑on leader who will lead CRM governance, administration, configuration, automation, integrations, incident response, and ongoing platform optimization. The CRM Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, internal staff, and vendors to ensure Dynamics 365 remains a scalable and mission‑aligned enterprise system.Responsibilities:CRM Platform OwnershipOwn overall performance, reliability, & adoption of Dynamics/Power Platform environmentDefine and maintain a multi‑year CRM roadmap aligned to organizational strategyEvaluate new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities for adoptionAlign CRM security & evolution with digital transformation initiativesDelivery, Change & OperationsAssist our IT Project Manager with CRM requirements intake & backlog prioritizationEstablish and enforce an Application Lifecyle Management (ALM) policy that includes release management, QA testing, maintenance, predictable delivery of enhancements, and bug fixesCollaborate with the IT Application Development team on projects requiring advanced customization, automation and integrationBusiness Partnership & GovernanceServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into clear functional designs and delivery plansEstablish and enforce CRM data governance, quality standards, documentation, and administrative proceduresChallenge existing processes and recommend best practicesEnablement & Vendor ManagementDrive CRM adoption through training, documentation, and user enablementManage vendor and implementation partner relationships, ensuring scope alignment, delivery quality, and accountability Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands-on administration and configuration (entities, forms/views, security roles, solution management, and basic automation)Experience owning and managing a CRM platform, including solution design oversight, configuration standards, and operational healthStrong experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps; Power BI) supporting business production solutionsAbility to design and maintain clean, scalable data models and support data governance and reporting needs (Power BI preferred)Proven ability to lead cross-functional prioritization, backlog management, and delivery coordinationStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting nonprofit, fundraising, or membership-based organizations, including donor or member lifecycle conceptsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 nonprofit, fundraising, or membership solutions (Nonprofit Accelerator preferred)Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing solutions including Customer Insights and JourneysAdvanced Dynamics 365 capabilities beyond core admin/configuration (e.g., complex security model design, solution architecture, ALM, or advanced automation)Experience leading CRM initiatives end-to-end, from planning and design through delivery and stabilization, including coordination of internal teams and vendorsExperience with data integration concepts and tools (SQL and/or integration platforms); Azure integration familiarity a plusExperience modernizing, stabilizing, or optimizing a mature CRM implementationExperience mentoring others, leading training or enablement efforts, or providing functional leadership (direct reports a plus)Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform preferred Job Field: GIS/Technology Other Job Type: Full Time Location Detail: Minneapolis-St Paul Metro Area, MN (this position will work from our national office in St Paul) Salary: $80,000-95,000 depending upon qualifications and experience + benefits.
