Why did you choose your Warnell major?

I knew that Community Forestry and Arboriculture was the right path for me after I took Dendrology with Dr. Dan Johnson. I fell in love with trees through that class, and since then I have learned so much about trees and the field. As I learn more- I become even more sound in my decision! I want to help preserve trees in public places for future generations to see and enjoy.

What's one thing you want your fellow students to know about you?

I love the outdoors! I enjoy camping, hiking, backpacking, climbing, mountain biking- you name it! Being outside is my happy place, and that's why I love Warnell so much.

What's your favorite Warnell memory?

I honestly have a hard time picking one Warnell memory as my favorite. I have met so many close friends in Warnell that I have shared so many happy moments with, it would be hard to choose one memory as my favorite. Warnell is truly such a beautiful place!
