Fisheries and Wildlife, Wildlife Sciences, BSFR '25 Hometown Columbus, GA Why did you choose your Warnell major? I started off as a pre-vet biology major, but after taking an elective class on animal behavior, I realized Warnell was where I belonged. I have always had a passion for animals and the natural world, so finding a major that encompassed my interests made the switch a no-brainer. What's one thing you want your fellow students to know about you? I want my peers to know that they have my full support and I will always be here to lend an ear or crack a joke! Like we always say, Warnell is a family, and family always has your back. What's your favorite Warnell memory? My favorite Warnell memory was terrapin seining on Jekyll Island with Dr. Maerz! Most of my friends from herpetology attended the trip, and we had the best time swimming, laughing, and sampling terrapins. I got much closer to many of my peers on that trip.
