Do you have a knack for seeing the forest through the trees? The District Manager we are looking for is a forward-thinking visionary who can deliver results. This individual will oversee an assigned district's silvicultural planning and forest operations. The District Manager can multi-task with the best but still take a methodical, thoughtful approach. For instance, the district manager will manage contractors implementing forest operations and oversee delivered logs and stumpage. Because data and facts drive you, it will be no trouble at all for you to prepare budgets, annual operating plans, forecasts, and reports for TIMO and NIPF clients. You will prepare budgets, monthly reports, and projections internally, too. The District Manager will also ensure compliance with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative certification. The district manager will direct a 5+ person team and uphold the company's mission, vision, values, and policies while managing team performance and safety programs.
