Deadline: Fri, 12/01/2023 - 12:00pm Employer: Camp Twin Lakes Job Field: Other Job Type: Seasonal, Temporary, Internship Location: Georgia Location Detail: Rutledge, Georgia Job Description: - Participate in daily care of gardens, pastures, facilities, and grounds - Gardens: planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, packing and greenhouse work - pasture: fence maintenance, digging thistle, mowing, are aerating - Animals: feed, water, clean stalls, and assist with medical care of goats, alpaca, donkeys, cattle, and chicks - Bees: Assist with hive checks, honey extraction, and hive maintenance if interested Qualifications: - 16+ years old - desire to learn on the job and gain skills - have physical, mental, and emotional capabilities - ability to lift and carry 50 lbs - willingness to work outside in all weather conditions Miscellaneous: living onsite is an option for this position This job is a 35 week contracted position beginning March 4th, 2024 and ending November 1st, 2024.
