Employer Washington State Department of Natural Resources Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills Fiscal Analyst Anticipated non-permanent employment is 9 monthsLocation: Natural Resources Building- Olympia, WASalary: $3,477.00 - $4,632.00 MonthlyResponsibilities:Research and analyze Fire Management Assistant Grant (FMAG) reports and documentation. Research and prepare Litigation Cost Recovery incident expenditure documentation.Document retrieval and analysis.Analyzing and coding Wildland Fire payables and preparing Invoice Payment Requests (IPRs).Completing fiscal year-end tasks. Required Qualifications: One (1) year of relevant experience in accounting, budgeting, finance, or payroll;OR a combination of relevant experience and/or education.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Desired Qualifications:Associate degree (to include 18 quarter or 12 semester hours of accounting, auditing, or budget management credits).Experience using Washington state financial systems, such as the Agency Financial Reporting System (AFRS). Experience with Workday or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.Basic proficiency in applications such as Microsoft Teams and Power Bl.
