The job also includes the transport and stocking of fish to and from hatcheries and various bodies of water. In addition, the job requires the operation and maintenance of hatchery equipment, facilities, and grounds as well as purchasing supplies and materials. Routine reporting of various types, such as hatchery production and stocking records as well as administrative reports like time sheets, are regular parts of the job.
