The Forest Technician we need is analytical, a team player, and a forward thinker. This individual should be able to work independently and be willing to get their hands dirty. Our Forest Techicians use working and applied knowledge of forestry skills and perform all aspects of forestry-related fieldwork and analysis. They design and implement timber harvesting plan programs to ensure continuous timber production or assist clients in achieving other timber or wildlife habitat management objectives. They assist in planning, administering, and inspecting other forestry-related activities such as road construction, timber marking, silviculture, surveys, tract inspections, and boundary establishment. This position will also use various technologies like GIS to assist in managing lands.

Required Experience:
