Effective 1/1/01, every employee participating in the 401(k) Plan is 100% vested in all contributions made to their 401(k) Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan at the time of employment, there is no waiting period. Effective 1/1/2022, F&W will match 100% up to the first 4% of an employee’s deferral.
