Job Description:

This permanent, full-time Forester (GS-0460-09/11) position provides support to scientists conducting silviculture research at the Penobscot Experimental Forest and elsewhere in Maine. Duties include forest inventory, infrastructure maintenance, silviculture prescription writing, timber marking, data analysis, technology transfer (outreach), and other tasks.
