The Forestland District Coordinator contributes to Ingka Investments Forestry business by managing full cycle forest operations in a sustainable
way.

Salary Range: $56,778.00-$82,329.00

What you'll be doing day to day
• Manage and supervise forestry operations in sustainable way in the district under the area of responsibility (quality control, compliance with law
regulations, Forest Certification, Terms of Engagement etc.).
• Prepare, execute and follow-up the annual plan for forest maintenance and wood harvesting works, according to Forest Standard Operating
Procedure and annual budget for the district.
• Analyse and provide proposals for recommended infrastructure investments (roads, ditches, etc.) on the district.
• Make sure that all valid agreements (land lease, hunting etc.) are respected by third parties.
• Plan and create working specifications for forest regeneration, maintenance of young stands and felling sites.
• Prepare and submit documents for Forestry operations to contractors and State Authorities.
• Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
• Ensure a safe work environment for co-workers and contractors.
