As an intern at AFM, you will be paired with a forester throughout your summer to gain a wide range of forestry and business experience. Activities will mostly include inventory work using a variety of cruising techniques, timber sale layout and stream buffer delineation, harvesting inspections, GIS/GPS work, tract inspections, and other duties assigned by AFM foresters.
