Job Description:

The Grants Specialist supports the Division’s work to implement restoration projects and other initiatives by carrying out fiscal administrative duties under the supervision of the Division’s Finance Manager. Duties include: Management of fiscal tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for active federal grant awards; oversight of match commitment, including tracking and monitoring; coordination of application submissions for new federal grant opportunities; and maintenance of federal grant records and reimbursement transactions for the life of the award.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions listed in the job posting.
