As a Harvesting Forester, you will focus on harvest contract administration on approximately 410,000 acres of Northern Maine Timberlands. You will work with our Timberlands Team on all aspects of our forestry business to deliver best in class performance for the organization. Additionally, you will serve as a safety role model and establish a solid rapport with all internal and external stakeholders including counterparts, contractors, regulatory agencies, and easement holders. The Harvesting Forester is a field role with about 75% field time, and necessitates working in all types of weather conditions and terrain. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Moosehead Harvesting & Transportation Manager. Salary level is dependent on skills and experience.
