Job Description:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

This position resides in our Land and Resource Management Division and will support division workflow, stumpage accounting and reconciling, client deliverables, and invoicing. Forestry Operations Coordinator will report to Senior Vice President of Land and Resource Management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

 

 

Stumpage accounting and reconciling

Division and department invoice forecasting, reporting, and transmittals

Invoice submission to clients

Project deadline and accountability tracking

Assists with client communication, project updates, and product delivery

Supports project managers and assists with project processes/tasks

Reviewing and proofing quality for final products and deliverables

Crafting professional correspondences for product transmittals

Assistance coordinating division and cross-division workflow

Review and request title work and ownership documents

Support file management, storage, and turn over process

Coordinate with project managers and foresters to ensure efficient, accurate, and

timely distribution of all necessary documents

Working with loggers insurance companies to secure necessary documents

Completing special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, gaining

cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and adjusting plans

Salesforce lead for Division

Division administrative support

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 

At Steigerwaldt, we offer a Remote-Friendly Hybrid Work Model for our staff. Due to the nature of this role, the Forestry Operations Coordinator position is an office-based position. The position is 100% office work and would have potential for office/home hybrid at a later date.

Salary:
$52,936 to $79,414.40
