Our hunting season starts October 1st and runs until March 31st. We are seeking a qualified full-time employee to assist with our quail hunting operations. Duties and Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Hiring and maintaining guides Advance scheduling of guides and other contract labor Hunting course assignments Kennel management Dog training and conditioning Record keeping of daily hunting activities (harvest numbers, dog performance, equipment condition, etc.) Ride alongs with guides to help improve hunting program/training Guiding Hunts Guest relations Assisting with woods work including (feeding, burning, spraying, chopping, mowing, etc.) Equipment upkeep and record keeping Qualifications: Strong work ethic Strong organizations skills, including scheduling Good communication skills Salary: Negotiated based on experience How to Apply: Please call 229-889-0193 or email lee@wynfieldplantation.com
