Employer Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills As the Central Iowa Regional Representative, you’ll be the face of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever in a region steeped in upland tradition. You’ll strengthen and grow a dynamic network of local chapters and volunteers dedicated to creating lasting conservation impact in their communities and beyond. You’ll lead the charge in:Supporting and energizing chapter leadersElevating local fundraising eventsGrowing membership and mission deliveryPartnering with our Development Team to connect with conservation-minded donorsThis is a people-first, impact-focused role for someone who understands that conservation success starts with strong relationships — and that our Mission is strategic and unwavering.Key Responsibilities:Support and inspire PF & QF chapters to grow membership, support state and national programs, and deliver local habitat, education, and outreach effortsHelp chapters plan and execute impactful and innovative fundraising eventsLaunch new chapters and reinvigorate existing ones by developing strong volunteer leadership teamsCoordinate with Development staff to cultivate donors and partnersKeep chapter leaders engaged through regular, motivational communicationOrganize and lead regional and statewide chapter meetingsCollaborate with peers across departments to deliver a unified conservation message to our volunteer base Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, wildlife conservation, education, or a related fieldExperience working with volunteers, nonprofit boards, or grassroots campaigns preferredDeep understanding of PF & QF’s mission and modelExcellent interpersonal and communication skills — you’re a connector and a motivatorOrganized and self-driven, able to manage multiple projects across a broad geographyComfortable using technology to support day-to-day work, troubleshoot issues for chapters, and clearly explain systems and processes to volunteersPassion for conservation, the uplands and the hunting communityWillingness to travel frequently within Central Iowa Job Field: Policy/Administrative Job Type: Full Time Location Detail: Remote within central Iowa (preferred locations include Ames or Des Moines) Salary: $59,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience) Job Benefits: Perks & Benefits:Benefits: Full benefits package, including health, retirement, and paid time off→ Learn more: https://www.pheasantsforever.org/jobsTools Provided: Laptop, phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, expense cardReady to Apply?
