The technician would help with a variety of both laboratory and field tasks related to research on the biogeochemistry, bioavailability, and bioaccumulation of metals in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. Specific tasks would include field collection of samples, laboratory processing of samples for chemical analysis, assisting with mesocosm experiments, and routine duties related to the efficient operation of our laboratory facilities. Position is either full time or part-time with flexibility in the work schedule. Qualifications: Applicant must have a related B.S degree and qualify for a general security clearance by the Department of Energy.
