In this role, you will serve as a trusted steward of our clients’ lakes and ponds—delivering consistent, high-quality care that protects water quality, enhances aesthetics, and supports healthy aquatic ecosystems. Who We’re Looking ForExperience in aquatic management, environmental services, or route-based field work preferred. Ability to identify aquatic plants and algae, or willingness to learn. Experience using a CRM or field service software for routes, service records, and client notes or strong willingness to learn. Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain jon boats, tools, and field equipment. Professional, client-focused communicator; dependable and comfortable working independently. Enjoys outdoor work in all weather and travel throughout the Southeast. Ability to safely drive a company truck.Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working from boats, uneven terrain, and in and near bodies of water.
