Job Description:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound customer service from members, supporters, partners, chapter volunteers and field team members.

· Listen, comprehend, document, investigate, problem solve, verify, resolve, and respond to calls, emails, letters, and inquiries related to a variety of customer support related issues.

· Coordinate subscription management services for our auto pay membership program and annual giving programs, including plan administration and internal reporting.

· Provide processing support related corporate partner programs and events, as well as assist with outbound report generation and internal coordination with various team members, as appropriate.

· Work cross-functionally with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s team members to successfully administer and support membership, annual giving and major gift fundraising strategies.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, supporters, members, partners, and team members to facilitate a positive experience and exemplary customer service.

· Support the processing and administration of membership and annual giving campaigns, as needed, through our MS Dynamics 365 solution.

· Assist Membership Services Leadership with various tasks and projects to help ensure data integrity and system accuracy.

· Other membership and donor service duties and projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related professional experience.

· 1-3 years of prior experience in a customer or client service position.

· 1-3 years of experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to provide exemplary customer service to members, supporters, partners and team members within the organization.

· Promotes equitable, positive, and respectful work environment among team members and external stakeholders.

· Ability to make decisions, multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve with resolution skills, close attention to detail as well has a high level of accuracy.

· Creative vision and strategic thinking skills.

· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

· Industry knowledge and experience is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience + benefits including 401k match and Student Loan Allowance option. Starting salary range: $42,000-$46,000.
