Description: Pheasants Forever, Inc. and Quail Forever, the nation’s leading upland wildlife habitat conservation organization, seeks a highly motivated individual to serve as a seasonal intern with our Membership Services team. This individual will work remotely, with optional onsite work at our national headquarters in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. This role will focus on supporting the Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever Membership Services department as we prepare for our upcoming Fall/Spring banquet seasons. This role will provide a unique blend of event, chapter, and customer support services. This individual will work with a variety of internal departments and external stakeholders including members, supporters, volunteers, partners, and the public. In addition, they will also assist with various Membership Services related support items for our team as needed. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with chapter support tasks such as phone and email communication with chapter volunteers and regional representatives.
  • Assist with customer service tasks such as phone and email communication with members.
  • Support Fall/Spring chapter banquet events setup and processing in our CRM.
  • Assist with membership service and event support needs during our National Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic annual convention.
  • Collaborate directly with members, volunteers, supporters, and event registrants to provide support and resolve event inquiries.
  • Assist with processing of mail-in membership requisition forms.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
  • Innovative and resourceful.
  • High energy, positive, professional attitude.
