Serve in Big Sky Country with Montana State Parks AmeriCorps or Montana, Fish, Wildlife and Parks!

Service Term: June 6-November 18, 2022. 

Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks and Montana State Parks AmeriCorps are pleased to announce we are expanding our AmeriCorps program and have NEW 915-hour AmeriCorps positions  that help students and alumni gain experience with educating the public about our parks, river recreation, aquatic invasive species, and wildlife all while living in beautiful Big Sky Country!  Benefits include living allowance, health insurance and Segal Education Award upon successful completion of term of service.

  • Segal Education Award Upon Successful Completion of Service: $3,172.50 upon successful completion of service

This award can be used to pay education costs at qualified institutions of higher education, for educational training and resources, or to repay qualified student loans.  Members aged 55 and over may transfer the education award to a child, grandchild or foster child.  Also, many schools provide match for the Segal Education Award.
