Job Description:
Summer internship participating in some/all of the following activities:
Timber inventory work using a variety of cruising techniques, timber sale layout and stream buffer delineation, harvesting inspections, GIS/GPS work
Invasive species management
Recreation management
Prescribed fire assistance and training as available
Educational outreach events and programs
Qualifications:
The completion of one (1) year of enrollment in an SAF (Society of American Foresters) accredited curriculum program from an accredited college or university.
Requires a valid driver license
Salary:
$15/hr
