We are looking for part-time or full-time workers to assist with our outside labor during the school year and/or holiday breaks when available. Assisting our Head of Production in planting, pruning, growing, digging, loading, and shipping trees. We have been involved with numerous high profile projects, including the Dallas Cowboys stadium, Atlanta Braves and Falcons stadiums, and more than 800 large shade trees at the University of Georgia. Qualifications: We are hiring for full-time and part-time responsibilities. Outside labor. Job Requirements: • Dexterity. Agricultural workers need excellent hand-eye coordination to harvest crops and operate farm machinery. • Listening skills. • Mechanical skills. • Physical stamina. • Physical strength. Miscellaneous: Starting pay is $15 per hour (paid weekly) plus overtime, insurance allowances, holiday pay, and bonuses. 7am-6pm Monday-Friday - or flexible part-time hours based on class schedule. 7am-noon Saturdays Potential to continue on in full-time employment and potential for stock ownership in the future.
