  1.  An MS degree in natural resources, forestry, economics, statistics or related field 
  2. Strong communication and quantitative skills 
  3. Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines and responsibilities 
  4. Preferred: Experience in conducting survey research and strong background in statistics
