Portfolio Management Analyst

The Portfolio Management Analyst will support the NNC Investment Management Team in their responsibilities to provide high-quality service to investors in the portfolio of investments. The PMs serve as the principal interface with investors and represent investors and their interests in all facets of the Company's operations. The Portfolio Management Analyst will support the PMs coordination of investor deliverables, both internal and external, while helping to ensure that the implementation of investment strategy (acquisitions, operations, and dispositions) is consistent with investment guidelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Support preparation of PM deliverables and project management, including but not limited to quarterly and annual Management Reports, annual operating budgets, long-term business plans, and financial analysis including asset and portfolio financial models

Support communication with existing investors and fundraising efforts including investor outreach and analyses related to due diligence requests

Support annual appraisal processes: requests for proposals; selection of appraisers; information requests; ensure appraisal meets indicated standards; coordinate internal review and approvals; and communicate results to investors

Facilitate the organization of periodic board meetings, quarterly conference calls and other investor meetings as necessary

Support corporate strategy and product development initiatives

Prepare specialized analysis and respond to both internal and external ad-hoc requests as needed
