Job Description:

This position is the Procurement and Grants Specialist for the Division of Ecological Restoration (DER). The Procurement and Grants Specialist supports the Division’s work to implement restoration projects and other initiatives by carrying out fiscal administrative duties under the supervision of the division Finance Manager. Duties include: coordinate, monitor and administer fiscal and procurement transactions; provide guidance to staff relative to DER’s Technical Services Master Agreement (MA) and statewide contracts; reconcile grant expenditures, track and analyze project costs and other fiscal data and reports; oversee maintenance of project and inventory records, maintain grant records.

 

Qualifications:

Applicants must have at least (A) three years of full time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions listed in the job description. $62,268.18 - $89,143.08 Yearly
