Manage the rollout plan process for the West Coast Region, a process by which staff prepare a plan to accompany and guide the external announcement ("rollout") of a policy or decision, which includes advising staff on the development of the rollout plan, overseeing internal review of the plan, facilitating final approval, and ensuring implementation of the plan. Collaborate with leadership and other staff members/technical and scientific staff to provide strategies and prepare materials for raising regulatory and scientific public awareness of agency policy. Create communications products to inform the public on agency actions and processes, including developing briefing materials aimed at congressional, stakeholder, or other audiences. Qualifications: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens. Suitable for Federal employment, as determined by background investigation. Selectee may be subject to serving a one-year probationary period.
