Real Estate Agent – Land Sales SpecialistLocation: El Dorado or Monticello, AR Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarket and facilitate the sale of timberland, recreational, and agricultural land.Build and maintain relationships with clients, external brokers, and industry professionals.Prepare necessary paperwork, including listing agreements, contracts, leases, and closing documents.Provide guidance on market conditions, pricing strategies, lending practices, and land use regulations.Maintain real estate records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.Utilize AFM’s marketing resources, tools, and internal support team to drive successful sales. Qualifications Active real estate license or ability to get licensed in Arkansas Soft skills:Strong networking and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independentlyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills Education/Experience:Prefer a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in land sales or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and county land record systemsKnowledge of forestry, agriculture, outdoor recreation, or related industries Work EnvironmentAt AFM, we take pride in our hardworking, results-driven team.
