This individual will provide our customers with outstanding service as they seek competition sporting shotguns and accessories to enhance their shooting experience. A good job candidate is a person with strong communication skills and a positive and friendly attitude who enjoys helping others discover and enjoy sporting adventures. A qualified candidate must also have excellent product knowledge and ensure the selling floor is always fully stocked and organized. Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative: ● Greeting customers ● Helping customers find what they are looking for ● Introducing customers to new products ● Upselling and cross-selling products when appropriate ● Answering questions about products or services ● Stocking and organizing product racks and displays ● Handling returns Qualifications: Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements: ● High school degree or equivalent ● Experience as a retail sales representative or similar role ● Familiarity with visual merchandising ● Ability to stock and restock shelves ● Strong communication skills ● Excellent problem-solving skills ● Good organization skills ● Positive and friendly attitude Miscellaneous: Old Hudson Plantation is a destination hunting and shooting preserve with an array of shooting facilities, over 300 acres of quail hunting habitat and a well-stocked pro-shop that carries a variety of premium hunting and competition shotguns.
