Our spring strawberry season starts early to mid-April and runs through the end of May. During our spring season we offer Pick-Your-Own strawberries, a full concession stand, and many recreational activities such as ziplines, petting zoo, low ropes course, hayrides and more! As a member of our team, you may have a variety of jobs throughout the season, and we will assign them to you based on your experience, personality, comfort level, etc. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: running a cash register, working in a food service building, helping customers, assisting the employee manager with various tasks, and supervising a variety of fun farm activities! Available hours are flexible and include weekday mornings and Saturdays throughout the season. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are preferred. Must be willing and able to work outdoors Must be able to work individually as well as with a team. Must be able to follow instructions with minimal to no supervision. Must be available to work most Saturdays as this is our busiest day each week in the spring Must be very friendly, approachable, and respectful Must have general knowledge of Washington Farms and all that we offer. Must have the ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Salary: $10-$14/hour Benefits: Pay raises available throughout the season based on performance.
