Job Description, Responsibilities and Required Qualifications or Skills

Washington Farms is a prominent agritourism farm in the state of Georgia, and we are currently seeking individuals who enjoy the outdoors, recreation, tourism and agriculture to join our team this spring! Our spring strawberry season starts in early April and runs through the end of May. During our spring season we offer pick-your-own strawberries, a full concession stand, and many recreational activities such as ziplines, petting zoo, low ropes course, hayrides and more! 

As a member of our team, you may have a variety of jobs throughout the season. The jobs will be assigned to you based on your experience, personality, comfort level, etc. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: running a cash register, working in a food service building, helping customers, assisting managers with various tasks, and supervising a variety of fun farm activities!  Available hours are flexible and include weekday mornings and Saturdays throughout the season. 

  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors
  • Must be able to work individually as well as with a team
  • Must be able to follow instructions with minimal to no supervision
  • Must be available to work weekday mornings and/or most Saturdays
  • Must be very friendly, approachable, and respectful
  • Must have the ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
