We have an opening in our Contract Services Group for a silvicultural forester which is involved in prescribing and overseeing reforestation and other silvicultural applications on company land. Applicants should be willing to live within 25 miles of the Florida property, be able to work outdoors, self-motivated and willing to work individually and with a team. Qualifications: Education/Experience: a minimum of a BS degree in Forestry or related field. Two years of forestry experience is preferred Technical Knowledge: proficiency with Microsoft applications and a working knowledge of ArcGIS Preferred Skills/Knowledge: working knowledge of silvicultural practices, reforestation practices, herbicide prescriptions, and aerial imagery interpretation Miscellaneous: References: Required Four Rivers Land & Timber Company LLC is an “at will” employer and supports a Drug-Free Workplace.
