It is a full-time, exempt position located near Winnfield, LA. Weyerhaeuser company vehicles will provide Silviculture Foresters the ability to commute to and from work, as this role involves office and field time to plan and manage the activities required to support sustainable management of the Winnfield Area Tree Farm. The Winnfield Timberlands office is located in Winn Parish, LA in north central Louisiana. Nearby cities include Ruston and Natchitoches, the homes of Louisiana Tech University and Northwestern State University, respectively, and Alexandria, the ninth largest city in Louisiana. The office is approximately 50 minutes south of Ruston, 40 minutes east of Natchitoches, and 50 minutes north of Alexandria.
