Camp Weequahic, a premier co-ed residential summer camp in Northeast Pennsylvania, is looking for an enthusiastic, qualified parks, recreation and tourism management major to be a summer intern, while earning college credit. We have a wide variety of internships and would love for you to see all the opportunities in our Field Experience Manual,

Interns can expect to gain experience in staff recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes; program budgets and inventory; choice based program building within the lens of the residential camp industry; camp operations and administration. All of the skills learned at camp are transferable to local parks and recreation jobs; resort; hotels and more!

Interns will live on site and work closely with our Associate Director and their area supervisor.

And if you don't need an internship we have a wide variety of summer jobs too!

Qualifications:

No previous qualifications necessary. Interns and all staff will have substantial training in all aspects of their job.
