Job Description:

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division, Fisheries Management Section, is looking to hire 2 part-time summer interns to assist in removing invasive catfish (flathead and blue catfish) from the Satilla River. Positions will begin early/mid-May and selected candidates may work up to 40 hours/week. THESE POSITIONS ARE HEAVILY FIELD-ORIENTED, SO CANDIDATES WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK IN ADVERSE CONDITIONS (EXTREME HEAT; LOW WATER LEVELS; CARRYING HEAVY OBJECTS >50lbs; etc.). The positions will be located in Waycross, GA and housing may be available.

Must have a valid Driver's License and be authorized to work in the USA
