Internship Overview

The Johnson Outdoors Summer Internship Program offers paid, hands‑on experience for students looking to apply classroom learning in a real business environment. Internships are based at our downtown Racine, Wisconsin headquarters, located directly on the shores of Lake Michigan.

Our interns are treated as valued team members and contribute to meaningful projects that support active business initiatives.

This is not a shadowing or observation‑only experience; interns are expected to contribute, learn, and grow.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Strong interest in gaining hands‑on professional experience
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate, and learn in a team environment
  • Interest in business, marketing, technology, or the outdoor industry
