WHAT DO SUMMER STAFF DO?

In one word Summer Staff serve. Staff serve both our campers and groups that rent our facilities. This could look like anything from refereeing softball games and performing in skits to cleaning cabins and serving in the dining hall. We do whatever is needed to ensure a clean, safe environment full of fun for our campers.

Qualifications:

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR SUMMER STAFF?

Every year the program takes in 30+ college-aged students, at least one year out of high school, from all across the state of Georgia and beyond!

WHY SHOULD I JOIN SUMMER STAFF?

The program creates a fun-loving, safe environment to be pushed past your comfort zone in order to prepare you for whatever path you take in life. We take time with Staff to teach skills such as effective communication, team work, time management, Interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the list goes on. We want to create teachable moments in an environment where it is safe to fail so that you may succeed in a more high-stakes environment.
