Provide accurate budget revisions or amendments as necessary to compensate for new or reduced funding sources; establish or modify new programs or projects; and monitor budget execution and tracking functions. Oversee the entire West Coast Regions' (WCR) acquisition, grant and agreement programs and ensure the programs are compliant with regional, National Marine Fisheries Service's (NMFS), and the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) policy and processes, as well as with all Federal regulations. Provide leadership, planning, coordination, and resource management to successfully implement projects and communicate with internal and external entities to execute all budget-related data calls.
